Nic Dupper
Nic Dupper started his working career as a social ecologist for Cape Nature Conservation after graduating from both the University of Cape Town with as degree in psychology and sociology and the Cape Technikon with a Diploma in Nature Conservation.  Lured by the private sector he spent 12 years involved in the establishment of a number of 5 star eco tourism enterprises culminating in the ownership of his own lodge in the Stanford Valley near Hermanus.

 His main focus has always been the employment and the skills development potential of tourism, the importance of empowering people thorough sustainable business practises,  and the importance of ensuring people and businesses have the appropriate skills to ensure their competitiveness.   

His present business is almost entirely run by the people employed from the surrounding community.

Andrew Hepburn-Brown
With a Higher Diploma in Education Andrew has 16 years experience in education in both South Africa and Botswana.  His educational experiences have  focused on providing facilitation for people to explore and achieve their potential allowing them toperform at their optimum. Many of his facilitation programmes have a strong environmental theme rooted in the beleif that nature based experieces offer people greatly enhanced learning experiences.   

Andrew has a passion for integrating diverse teams through respect of each others' differences and celebrating their similarities whilst aligning them to the company goals and vision.
